M&O Alpha Foundation is a private nonprofit organization born out of a desire to provide secondary school children with the tools and support needed to achieve their dreams of a better future. The foundation will cater to children across all thirty six states of Nigeria.
We are conscious of the challenges that secondary school children are facing across the country. Children do not have resources like books, uniforms, and laptops, causing them to fall behind without the support to catch up.
As a result, some children are dropping out of school without realizing their dreams of a university education.
Our mission is to empower children to reach their full academic potential.
Program objectives include ensuring that secondary school students across 36 states of Nigeria with lower economic status are supported towards the completion of their secondary school education and through university.
We believe that this project will introduce our foundation’s services to an extremely underserved secondary school population. As a result, we anticipate a rise in the number of students who can help their families escape the cycle of poverty through our educational programs.
What We Offer
Guidance and Counselling
Our Guidance and Counseling services are designed to support students emotionally, socially, and academically. We provide a safe and confidential space where learners can receive expert advice and mentorship.
Extra Curricula Activities
Because we believe learning does not stop at the classroom door, we encourage the students to actively participate in extra-curricular activities in order for them to discover new skills, discover their passions, and build confidence in a fun manner.
